Available for download at the bottom of this page is an application for Operation Understanding 2008-09.

The application is available in Microsoft Word format.

Please read the application carefully, and be sure to complete each section.

In addition to the completed application, the following materials must be submitted (under separate cover) to the Operation Understanding office:
*Two letters of recommendation
* An official school transcript

It is mandatory that you read and sign Sections “E” and “F” of the application. These verify that you meet the residency requirements for participation in Operation Understanding and that you fully commit to the conditions of your application.
The printed and complete application should be mailed to the address at the bottom of the application form.
